I have so enjoyed this series so far. The thing I love about this book is we got to see some of Thomas side to what happened in Resist Me. We also got some more insight into Thomas the man, the struggles he was going through, and the battle of love.

I did use the whispersync with this book and have to say that I loved the narrators the author used in this book.

Thomas was in deep in the MC. I can only imagine how this will play with his mind. He has to play the part and in doing so this means he has to cross some lines. Finding out that James was spending time with his family he missed so much had to be hard as well. He truly was ready for this to get over.

My heart broke for Roxy aka Angel. She was a stripper but also deeply in love with Thomas aka Blue. She did not know him as Thomas. The thing that broke my heart was Angel truly had no one. Her father was dead and her mother never showed her any love. Angel was in a life that she felt she could never get out of.

I loved reading about Thomas’ love for Angel. Angel did not seemed to to battle with the thought of being in love with Thomas but Thomas was different. I can only imagine the battle he was feeling. He knew his time was rapping up and he could not give her forever. He would have to leave her behind. This truly had to be hard for him.

It was so heart warming reading about the reunion with Thomas and his family. It was sad he felt so out of place. He wonder if he could ever find the man he use to be. That had to be hard to knowing he missed so much.

Angel is in danger and Thomas will do what ever it takes to make sure she is safe. We will get to see the closeness of the Gallo family. The love they have for one another is truly amazing. They all pitch in when the other needs them and are so willing to except the partners of the Gallo siblings.

This was a great story and glad I got to read the story.

Roxy knows the MC life. She's watched how the men and women are inside the club including her POS mom. The only saving grace is Blue but when he comes to give her an escape for something better, will she fit in?

The author did a great job at giving a glimpse into the life of an undercover cop and the struggles they have. Losing time in their real life, the dangers, and the the changes they endure when coming home. Roxy and Thomas' story is explosively hot and these two have great chemistry and understanding. Their support and trust in each other is strong and the struggles they each face is relatable. The banter between them is also entertaining along with bringing in the Gallo family we all love. It's a great story and I am excited to find out who's next in to find love.
After a year undercover in an MC for the DEA, Thomas is worried how he can readjust to his normal life with his family. Thomas severed all ties with the MC he just busted but couldn't leave Roxy behind.

From the beginning I pictured Roxy as a trashy, mousy, clingy chick in puppy dog love with Thomas and he just used her when he wanted. I couldn't get that image out of my head so I could never really like her. I knew he felt for her but I couldn't (or possibly didn't want to) feel any chemistry.

I did like how the other siblings in the family are integrated into the story to keep us updated on their lives as well.

Overall, this book was just ok for me. It wasn't deserving of only three stars but not a full four either. I guess 3.5-ish.
Throughout the series we hear how Thomas has been away from the family as he lives out his dream as a D.E.A. agent. Working undercover has him facing dangers he doesn't want his family involved in and to avoid risking it and not blow his cover, it's been quite some time since he's seen his family. But luckily, if you've read Izzy and James' story in Resist Me you got to see a bit of James; which leads in to his story in this book.

Uncover Me isn't as light as the previous books which is understandable. His job has him facing dangers that his brothers don't worry about so that makes this book perfect for him.

Uncover Me's timeline falls within the tail end of the previous book. This case is coming to a close and Thomas is struggling with what he's going to do after it's all said and done. He's been away so long, he doesn't know how he can go back to being the man he was before. His life in the MC has changed him. And what about the one good thing he's had from his life undercover?...Angel. She's been the only person he could be himself with. His only relief over those months. How could he just disappear from her life? Poor guy just has so much worry on his plate.

And Angel? She such a sweetheart. Not sure how that happened. Poor girl did not have it easy growing up in the MC. She didn't have any family to raise and love her and when she was old enough her only option was to work for the MC, but "Blue" was the one member that made her feel special and cherished.

The two were great together. They shared wonderful chemistry and when it comes to the Gallos, we know that they're very accepting and loving and after Angel gets past the fear of such a big family, she comes to accept and appreciate the unconditional love and support that the Gallo family so freely gives. Not only does she get the man of her dreams, but a loving family and new found sister that have joined the fold during Thomas's time away.

A great story for this series.
